Light or Full Sleep Support: which is right for your family?

You do not need to decide on a package before getting in touch. The useful starting point is the support you are looking for and what you would like to understand about working with me. We can talk about how the service could fit your family, then look at the options together.

At Your Sleep Family, both packages include a one-hour consultation, a review of your online sleep log and a personalised programme. You are booking support that considers your family’s circumstances. The main difference between the packages described on my website is the follow-up arrangement.

Light Sleep Support includes two 15-minute online support calls over two weeks. These follow-up calls sit alongside the consultation and personalised programme. You can ask how the calls are arranged and what they involve before deciding whether this option suits you.

Full Sleep Support includes three weeks of telephone and messaging support after the consultation. This offers a different way to stay in contact during the support period. Before booking, you can ask how that contact is arranged and what you can expect from it, including the practical details of availability and replies.

The package descriptions do not need to become a judgement about how well you are coping. Choosing a level of support is a practical decision about the service you want, the contact included and what feels manageable for your family. The names alone cannot tell you which option is suitable.

You may already know which type of follow-up appeals to you. Or you may have questions that you would prefer to discuss first. For example, you might want to understand how the support period fits around work, what happens during a follow-up call, or how the programme relates to the initial consultation.

A complimentary discovery call is available through the website if you would like to talk about the service before deciding. You do not have to choose a package simply to make that initial enquiry. It is an opportunity to explain what has brought you to Your Sleep Family and ask about the options.

The current package descriptions set out the consultation, programme and follow-up included in each option. Read those details alongside the fee and booking terms, and ask about anything that is unclear. A package should be something you understand before you choose it.

You can read the current package descriptions on my services page. If you would like a particular part explained, get in touch through the website. Having a clearer picture of the support can make that decision feel less like another thing you have to work out on your own.
