I’ve lived the exhaustion of early parenthood and know how life-changing good sleep is. Previously I worked in business development helping people find practical solutions; becoming a parent showed me a different kind of fatigue and uncertainty.

I’ve been both a working and stay-at-home mum, so I understand how overwhelming sleep deprivation feels. I became a sleep consultant to help families move from exhaustion to calm, because restoring sleep improves wellbeing, confidence, connection, and family life.
