I believe sleep support should feel calm, supportive and adaptable, not rigid or overwhelming.

Through personalised online care, I aim to help parents feel confident, reassured and supported as they work toward more settled sleep in a way that feels right for their family.

I am Sophie,

A Certified Infant Sleep Consultant and mum of two.

Our family knows first-hand how exhausting those early years can be and how life changing good sleep truly is.

Becoming a parent exposed me to love, uncertainty and exhausting sleep deprivation. Having been both a working and stay-at-home mum, I know how overwhelming broken nights and constant doubt feel.

I became a sleep consultant because gentle, supported change can transform family life, restoring wellbeing, confidence and connection.

Helping parents move from exhaustion to calm, settled rhythms is why I do this work and guides every consultation.

Being a mum myself, I truly understand the exhaustion, the emotions, and the constant guessing that come’s with trying to get your little one to sleep.

Having been a stay-at-home parent, I know how draining it is to be needed around the clock. I also understand the pressures of balancing work and parenting, there is no one-size-fits-all.

I approach sleep as one of the six pillars of health, because when your little one isn’t sleeping, no one is, that affects your mood, relationships, physical health, and mental clarity.

The focus is on supporting the whole family, YOUR rest matters just as much as your little one’s.

My approach is a blend of science, empathy, and flexibility, no guilt, no rigid rules, just support that fits YOUR FAMILY.
