When sleep starts taking up too much space

There is a point at which a family’s sleep difficulties stop feeling like one isolated part of the day. They begin to occupy conversations, decisions and mental space. Parents may find themselves constantly wondering what they should do next or whether they are getting something wrong.

If that sounds familiar, it does not mean that you have failed. It may simply mean that you have been trying to hold too much on your own.

I’m Sophie, a certified infant sleep consultant and mum of two. Through Your Sleep Family, I provide a calm place for parents to explain what has been happening and receive support that is personal to their circumstances.

The emotional side of family sleep matters. Parents often contact me feeling tired, uncertain or worried about being judged. My role is not to assess their parenting. It is to listen carefully, help bring clarity to the situation and work with them in a respectful way.

You do not have to wait until everything feels unmanageable before asking about support. You also do not need to know which package you want or exactly how to describe the problem.

A complimentary 15-minute discovery call is simply a conversation. It allows you to tell me what family life currently feels like, ask questions about my service and decide whether you would like to take the next step.

If we work together, the consultation and follow-up support will be shaped around your family. You will know what is included, how we will stay in contact and what you can expect from me.

Sometimes the first helpful change is not a new piece of advice. It is knowing that someone is listening, that support is available and that you no longer have to make every decision alone.

If sleep has started to take up too much space, you are welcome to contact Your Sleep Family.
